Vouchers are not available on a sale or return basis and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers can be transferred from one person to another without restriction but may not be exchanged for cash, or similar. Please store your voucher securely as lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
Vouchers may be used as whole or part payment for resort facilities, subject to availability.
If the value of the booking or goods is less than that of the voucher, no cash refund or change can be provided on any balance unused. If the value of the booking or goods is more than that of the voucher, you can pay the extra amount.
Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date.
