CANAPES ON ARRIVAL
– Smoked Salmon Bilini
Tomato and basil salsa, smoked salmon and dill infused hollandaise with micro herb
-Mini satay chicken skewer
Served with a side of Thai pumpkin dipping sauce
Topped with goats cheese and balsamic glaze
-Vegetarian Spring Rolls
MAINS (served alternate)
– Pumpkin & feta stuffed chicken breast
Tender chicken breast stuffed with pumpkin and feta, served with sweet potato puree, steamed broccolini, toasted pepitas, drizzled with fig jus
-Prosciutto wrapped eye fillet
Grilled eye fillet, wrapped in prosciutto, crispy kipfler potato and broccolini and finished with a creamy garlic and basil sauce
DESSERT (served alternate)
– Midori & coconut Panna Cotta
Melon liqueur and coconut panna cotta topped with pineapple jelly, then drizzled with passionfruit pulp and edible flowers
– Nutella Mousse Tart
With fresh raspberries, coulis and a strawberry sorbet
