Club and Golf Open for Cross-border residents

As we’re sure you’re aware, the past 24 have seen dramatic changes to COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria.

Of primary concern to Yarrawonga/Mulwala locals was the impact of the border closure.

While details were light at the time of the announcement, additional information provided by the NSW Government last night has provided much-needed clarification.

To clarify the new regulations, and how they impact local Members;

  • Victorians living within 50kms of the NSW border are eligible to apply for a Border Entry Permit
  • The permit is valid for 14 days and may be used to enter NSW for work, education or daily life (e.g. Golf and Club access)

In short, the Club and Golf Courses will continue to be available for Victorians with a valid Border Entry Permit, as well as all NSW Members and visitors.

If you have not done so already, Border Entry Permits are available below.

The process is quite simple and should only take a few minutes. If you know of any locals without access to a computer, please have them call Membership Services on (03) 5745 9334, and we will be happy to assist.

Finally, to all our Melbourne-based Members, our thoughts continue to be with you during this time. Please stay home and stay safe. Our club and courses will be ready for your return in the not so distant future.

Thank you again for your understanding.
