Bowls and Croquet

It isn’t all about golf, there are a range of other facilities at Your Total River Resort for you to enjoy, including the immaculately manicured bowling greens and croquet lawn.

The Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club includes two bowling greens of 14 rinks. The main competition program extends from August to May and includes social competition, club competition and pennant.

Social bowling is available all year round. Visitors are welcome to join Social Bowls, which is held on:

• Wednesdays from 1pm - Mens Social Bowls, casual dress
• Thursdays - Ladies Social Bowls, casual dress
• Fridays from 1pm - Canadian Pairs mixed event, any combination, casual dress

For all social bowls, please submit your name to Reception, tel. (03) 5744 1911, at least one hour prior to play commencing.

"Barefoot" bowls is also encouraged, with hire equipment available from Reception. Barefoot bowls is great fun for beginners and can create a great night out for a social club activity or corporate event. Group bookings are welcome and available through Reception.

There are two A Grade and four B Grade croquet lawns available at the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club. The competition croquet season commences at the end of August each year and concludes in May.

Outside competition, social croquet is conducted all year round (weather permitting) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The sport is enjoyed by men and women and visitors are most welcome.
