Please note: There are 15 minute intervals between groups. Each booking block is for 1-hour only.
YMGCR GOLF MEMBERS: Make your simulator via MiClub (where you book your regular comp golf) to recieve a 5% members discount. Look for the new ‘Simulator Bookings’ link in the top menu.
Conditions of Play
All players, please arrive and register at the Main Bar at least 10 minutes prior to your booking time. A Duty Manager will assist with your setup, and provide a quick overview of the simulator game modes.
Under 18’s are permitted to use the simulator until 8pm, and MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Balls and clubs are supplied, however players can choose to use their own clubs, provided they are clean and free of dirt.
Food & Drink
Food and drink is available to purchase from the Main Bar and Sandwedge Bar.
No food or drink is allowed within the simulator hitting area.
The following Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations of our indoor simulator lounge.
By using the services provided by us you are in turn agreeing to our Terms and Conditions in full.
General
This document outlines the terms and conditions which will govern the lounge and any other services provided by the facility. The expectation of all customers is that they are expected to be responsible for using the facility and equipment suitably, following the safety guidelines set out by Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort (YMGCR).
Booking and Reservations
Bookings can only be made online, via YMGCR’s website, at yarragolf.com.au/golfsim. We do not accept bookings at reception or over the Bar.
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling (03) 5744 1911. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period prior to reserved booking time will result in no refund.
Equipment
Customers are expected to use all simulator equipment responsibly and in a safe manner. Any damage caused due to a lack of this will be the responsibility of the customer.
Spiked golf shoes are not be permitted. Shoes must also be clean and presentable for admittance to be permitted. YMGCR reserves the right to decline admittance for customers who do not have the acceptable footware.
Customers can choose to bring their own clubs, however they should be clean and free of dirt. YMGCR reserves the right to decline admittance for customers who do not have clean and presentable clubs. You are not permitted to use your own balls, YMGCR will provide customers with balls. You are not permitted to use your own Tees, YMGCR will provide all Tees.
Conduct and Safety
Customers are required to adhere to the safety rules that are presented within the premises of YMGCR. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted within the facility. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be permitted at YMGCR and may result in you being requested to leave the premises.
Liability
YMGCR will not accept any liability for injuries or damages to personal equipment incurred during attendance to our facility.
YMGCR asks that if you suffer from any prior illness for which you are taking long term medication or allergies that you let us know on your arrival. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to medical treatment should you require it.
Any under 18’s in the party are the responsibility of the booking customer. You are agreeing to let them take part in use of the facilities at YMGCR.
Privacy
YMGCR may collect personal data for booking and marketing however this information will not be shared with any third parties. Any personal data will be stored securely and will not be misused.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
YMGCR reserve the right to amend terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be available on our website.
Final Statement
By using the services provided by YMGCR you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions. If you are in disagreement with anything in the document please do not use our services.
