The Border Bistro offers seasonal, quality and affordable modern cuisine including your trusted favourites, light and healthy options, shared appetizers, mouth-watering desserts and daily specials such as Sunday Roast Lunch, the Tuesday TOP 8 and the Carvery. There is a kids menu to satisfy the most discerning and special dietary requirements can be catered to.

Sand Wedge Bar

Open from 10.00am to 5.30pm daily, the Sand Wedge Bar offers something to satisfy every appetite, from light meals and salads to burgers and home-made sandwiches. Celebrate or chat with friends over a cup of tea or coffee and indulge in the exquisite country baked cakes and more.

Movie Lounge

Open 30 minutes prior to each movie screening as well as Friday 4.00pm – close, Saturday and Sunday 1.00pm – close. Enjoy coffee and cake, wine and cheese or your favourite boutique beer with our petite burgers. Movie goers can enjoy traditional movie snacks such as popcorn, ice cream and chocolate bars or something a little more gourmet depending on their tastes.

Rory Burling
Head Chef

We would like to introduce our Head Chef Rory Burling. Rory began his career as an apprentice at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort and returned several years later with a wealth of experience and ideas. Along with his team of chef’s they are providing a delectable mix of firm favourites coupled with new fresh dishes to keep guests coming back night after night. Rory’s pick of the menu is to start with the grilled lamb backstrap served with baba ganoush and roasted cauliflower tabouli, for main follow with calamari, roasted garlic, olive oil and chilli linguine!
