
Transitioning Points and Rewards to your MiMembership Account
As we move to the new MiMembership system, it’s important that all members understand what will happen to their existing points and credits. Please read the following information carefully to avoid losing any entitlements.
1. IGT Points (Gaming and Kiosk Points) – Action Required
If you have unused Gaming or Kiosk Points from the old IGT system. Please notify staff at the Gaming Cashier before 30 June so your points can be recorded.
Your recorded points will be transferred to your new House Top-Up Account. Transfers may not appear until the following day.
2. House Top-Up Funds and Prize Account – No Expiry
These are funds you’ve added to your account, won in club raffles or received through a manual IGT points transfer. These funds WILL NOT expire on 30 June.
Your balance will carry over into the new financial year with no action required.
3. Clubhouse Credits – Expire 30 June
These are credits issued as part of your annual membership.
All unused Clubhouse Credit from the 2024/2025 financial year will expire at midnight on 30 June 2025.
Members who renew their membership before 1 July will have their new year’s $200 Clubhouse Credit automatically applied from Monday 1 July 2025.
