Our new Summer Menu has arrived!
The Border Bistro’s new Summer Menu has arrived – bringing bright, bold flavours and premium local produce to the table.
Enjoy the perfect mix of freshness and indulgence, with dishes that celebrate the season. Highlights include Prosciutto and Watermelon Salad with feta and maple dressing, Tempura Garlic Prawns with sweet chilli and lemon, and Grilled Rock Lobster served with lemon butter.
From the grill, our chefs are serving up perfectly cooked favourites like Premium Scotch Fillet, Lamb Rack, King Fish, and Grilled Pork Cutlet, each marinated in Rich Glen’s signature rubs.
There’s something for everyone – from hearty mains like Braised Beef Cheeks and Kangaroo Curry, to vegetarian options such as Pumpkin Gnocchi and Baked Moussaka.
Open daily from 5.30pm, Border Bistro is the perfect place to unwind, share a meal, and enjoy summer evenings at Yarra Golf.
