Footy fever was in the air at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort last Friday night as members and guests gathered to celebrate the start of the AFL season at our first ever AFL Opening Bounce Raffle Night.

It was fantastic to see the clubhouse filled with families and footy fans, with plenty of kids, and a few adults too, proudly wearing their club colours and showing their support for their favourite AFL teams. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun and full of excitement as the draws took place throughout the evening.

Across the night, more than $2,000 in prizes were shared among our lucky winners. The prize pool included a great range of sports gear and vouchers from Intersport Wingates Yarrawonga, along with our major prize, a 65-inch 4K television from Bi-Rite Yarrawonga, which created plenty of excitement when the winning number was called.

Events like this are a great way to bring the community together and celebrate the moments that make the AFL season special, whether that’s cheering on your team, spending time with family, or enjoying a night out at the club.
