Birdie Squad is officially back for 2026, with Session 2 now in full swing. Designed for beginners aged 7–12, the program offers kids a relaxed and welcoming introduction to golf, focusing on learning the basics while having fun and building confidence along the way.

Led by PGA Professional Sandy Jamieson and Club Marketing Manager Rob Alexander, along with dedicated volunteers Bob and Judy Kruger, Birdie Squad has become a much-loved part of junior golf at Yarra. It’s been great to see both familiar and new faces already out on the course as the program gets rolling for another year.
