Following a recent review by the Golf Committee, the Club will update its daily golf competition fee from 1 July 2026.

This will be the first increase to the daily competition fee in more than 10 years, with the fee moving from $10 to $12.

The updated fee will allow the Club to increase prize allocations across midweek and weekend competitions, while keeping the ball rundown allocation unchanged.

The changes are intended to provide a fair balance between improving member benefits, maintaining strong competition fields, and rewarding higher-performing players.

For men’s midweek competitions, ball prizes for first, second and third place in each grade will increase as follows:

• First place: from 7 balls to 9 balls
• Second place: from 5 balls to 7 balls
• Third place: from 3 balls to 5 balls

For men’s Saturday competitions, a third-place prize will be introduced for each grade. The new Saturday voucher allocations will be:

• First place: $45 voucher, increased from $40
• Second place: $30 voucher, increased from $25
• Third place: $15 voucher, new allocation

Women’s competition prize allocations will also increase, with the updated voucher allocations as follows:

• First place: $45 voucher, increased from $35
• Runner-up: $30 voucher, increased from $25

The Monthly Medal prize will remain at $50, and the ball rundown allocation for all midweek and weekend competitions will remain unchanged.
