On Sunday, 7 September, our Men’s and Women’s divisions competed in the 2025 Foursomes Championships. The men began on the Lake Course before moving to the Executive, while the women started on the Executive and finished on the Lake.

The weather looked ominous from the start, with thunderstorms forecast for the afternoon and no certainty that the full 27 holes would be completed. By 12:45 pm, steady rain set in — at times very heavy — but every player showed great resilience and battled through the conditions.

In the Women’s Championship, the mother–daughter duo of Karen Droop and Kirri Davis proved too strong, posting an exceptional score of 123.

The Men’s Championship was a tight contest, but ultimately Todd Le-Grand and Cooper Holman claimed victory with a fantastic score of 111.
