Registration from 9am followed by 10am meeting in the Willow Room

Nominations for the Board of Directors

Members are informed that nominations for the following positions are now open:

• Vice-President for a three-year term
• Vice-Captain for a three-year term
• Director for a three-year term

Nomination and Statutory Declaration forms are available at the front desk.

Any nomination for a new Director shall be made in writing signed by two (2) Full members, Intermediate members or Life members of The Club and signed by the nominee who shall be a Full member, Young Adult, Intermediate member or a Life member of The Club. The completed form must state the office or offices for which the nominee has nominated and be delivered with the statutory declaration form to the Chief Executive Officer at least sixteen (16) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting. (By close of business Friday 10th October 2025)

The proposer, seconder and nominee shall be financial Full members, Young Adult, Intermediate members or Life members at the time the nomination form is signed.

The Chief Executive Officer shall forthwith post the nominations on the Club Notice Board.
