He’s only 11 years old, but Cooper Holman is already achieving things most golfers never will.

Just three months into his membership at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort, Cooper, pictured above with Club Pro Evan Droop, has quickly become a name to watch. Playing off a handicap of 3, he hits the ball a long way and continues to impress every time he tees it up.

Last Sunday on the 18th hole of the Lake Course, he produced something truly special. After launching a drive that left him around 215 metres from the pin, Cooper pulled out his 3-wood and struck a flawless second shot. The ball landed short, ran up onto the green, caught the slope, and rolled into the hole for an albatross 2.

Scoring three under par on a single hole is rare. Doing it at age 11 is extraordinary.

This won’t be the last time Cooper’s name is mentioned alongside something remarkable. The club is proud to support him and excited to follow what comes next.
