Club Captain, Stephen Buckley and Vice Club Captain, Judy Kruger, recently joined Cade Webb from Golf NSW to bring golf to Year 8–10 students at Yarrawonga College P–12.

Former school teacher Steve shared his thoughts on the day:
“It was a wonderful experience, and the students at P–12 were just fantastic. The way they interacted, participated, and communicated was a real credit to themselves, their families, and the school.”

On October 24 we will host a friendly golf challenge between students from Yarrawonga P–12 and Sacred Heart. Alongside this event, a “Come and Try Golf Day” will be offered for non-golfing students — a fantastic opportunity for our Community Instructors to inspire the next generation to get involved in the game we all love.
