Members are informed that nominations for the position of President for a three-year term, Vice-President for a one-year term, two Directors position for a three-year term and one Director for a one-year term are now open for the 2024 AGM to be held at the club on Sunday October 27th, 2024, registration from 9am followed by 10am meeting in the Willow Room.

Nomination and Statutory Declaration forms are available at the front Reception desk.

Any nomination for a new Director shall be made in writing signed by two (2) Full members, Intermediate members or Life members of The Club and signed by the nominee who shall be a Full member, Intermediate member or a Life member of The Club. The completed form must state the office or offices for which the nominee has nominated and be delivered with the statutory declaration form to the Chief Executive Officer at least sixteen (16) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.

The proposer, seconder and nominee shall be financial Full members, Intermediate members or Life members at the time the nomination form is signed. The Chief Executive Officer shall forthwith post the nominations on the Club Notice Board.
