There’s no better way to celebrate the change of season than with fresh flavours, and our brand new Spring Menu has just landed at the Border Bistro!
From the grill, you’ll find classics with a twist – like our 300g Premium Scotch Fillet or Grilled Lamb Rump, all marinated with Rich Glen® rubs and served with your choice of sides and sauces.
For something truly special, explore our Premium Selection featuring Murray Cod, Veal Loin Steak, or the indulgent Grilled Rock Lobster with lemon butter.
We’ve also added some tempting new dishes to keep things interesting, including:
- Beef Osso Buco with mash and vegetables
- Venison Curry with rice and naan
- Crispy Fried Soft-shell Crab with watercress and sriracha
- Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini with cream, pesto and parmesan
And of course, our favourites, kids’ meals, and decadent desserts like Blueberry Cheesecake and Sticky Date Pudding are all still here to enjoy.
